This season, we are excited to highlight an Observer of the Month at our monthly State of the Snowpack. Prizes include HPAC swag and Alaska-wide notoriety.
Winners will be judged on relevance and quality of observations with emphasis on usable media. You can submit an observation via our website, using the AvyApp, or through Instagram or Facebook.
